KULTURPROGRAMMET SVERIGE!
I tried to polish off my pandemic worn apparition and tired stature and did my best when in October last year and in early January this year, I was filmed and interviewed for a segment in ”Kulturprogrammet Sverige!” with Ann-Marie Rauer. Fun but unfamiliar to be in front of the camera. Can’t really remember a single word I said…
Whatever the case, the segment will be broadcast on SVT 1 on Saturday February 13, at 7 pm for those who want to have a look.
Also available on SVT Play.

HONORABLE MENTION AT TEMPO!
YAY!!! SÄLLSKAPET – intervjuer ifrån alltings mittpunkt (THE ASSEMBLY – interviews from the middle of everything) receives an honorable mention at Tempo Dokumentärfestival. Thank you!
The jury’s motivation:
The Assembly is a skillfully completed film that succeeds in handling its chosen topic without falling into the usual traps. With humor and edge we clearly see how difficult it can be for some to say ”I don’t know”. With well-made animations and an on-point tone, this is a necessary voice for our time.

THE ASSEMBLY (SÄLLSKAPET)
according to Göteborg Film Festival
”The male role falls under the microscope in this charming, animated satire with serious undertones where we meet inhabitants from the center of the universe – white men in their forties.
What are they doing? What are they thinking about their position in society? Are they privileged? The Assembly is an animated documentary series where Mark Levengood lends his voice to the interviewer who meets eight white men in dialogs about the male role. At the yoga studio, at the swimming hall and at the campfire they share their inner, bare conversations about things including structures, shame, feminism and what is actually talked about in the legendary locker rooms. Malin Erixon uses humor and severity to depict what it feels like to be the epicenter of the norm and a part of the patriarchy. All episodes will be shown at the festival.”
– Annie Karlsson, Göteborg Film Festival
