AWARD: BEST MOBILE MOVIE AT STOCKHOLM FILMFESTIVAL
A few weeks before the Stockholm International Filmfestival of 2006, I was invited to participate in their new competitive section - Mobile Movies. Ten directors (amongst them - Johan Renck, Martin Kellerman and Malou Schultzberg) were invited by the festival in cooperation with Nokia, to make a short film of a maximum of 15 minutes, using only the new cellphone Nokia N93. We were all given the same theme to work on - "Together" - and around 3 weeks to make the films. I ended up making the film "Varandra, Han & Jag" and I'm happy to announce that it was awarded Best Mobile Movie, at the Stockholm Filmfestival award ceremony on Nov 25, 2006.
